PodTax is a private, non-commercial financial utility built for personal tax accounting. Its sole purpose is to aggregate internal interest payments from a single user’s Current banking account to simplify annual tax reporting.

Application Overview

• Purpose: The app automates the totaling of "Daily Interest Bonus" micro-transactions across the user's three savings pods.

• Scope: This is a private utility intended only for the developer's personal use. It is not a consumer-facing product and does not offer registration to the public.

• Data Usage: The app uses the Plaid API to fetch transaction history. It filters for specific interest-bearing entries to generate a consolidated sum for Schedule B tax filings.

• Privacy: All data processing occurs in a local environment. No data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than personal record-keeping.

Integration Details

The OAuth integration is required to provide secure, read-only access to the developer's own transaction history, replacing manual data entry with a direct API link.
